💗October Warrior of the Month: Brooke 💗
I was a HOTWORX advocate before I was ever an owner, but I never imagined how important it would become during my breast cancer journey.
Through chemotherapy, I did what I could—even if it was just coming in to sit and sweat. After reconstruction surgery left me with almost no strength, I slowly started rebuilding with Cycle and Blast before working my way back to Bands and Pilates.
Progress is slow, but the benefits are so rewarding. I’m grateful to have HOTWORX as part of my journey and to keep showing up and getting stronger.
This October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’ll also finish my final immunotherapy treatments. 💗🔥

Three people. One sauna. One shared experience. 🔥
There’s power in proximity.
When you train alongside others, something changes. The energy builds. Accountability happens naturally. And the people beside you can give you one more reason to keep going.
That’s the Power of Three at HOTWORX.
🔥 Three people.
🔥 One Virtual Instructor.
🔥 A workout powered by technology and human connection.
It’s not just about sharing the sauna. It’s about sharing the effort.

🌟 September Warrior of the Month: Dione 🌟
If you had told me a few years ago I'd be healthier at 50 than ever before, I wouldn't have believed you.
My doctor recently told me, "You have the healthiest numbers I've ever seen in a 50-year-old," and said I've likely added years to my life. Those words meant everything to me.
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. After years of pain, inflammation, obesity, and depression, I finally feel AMAZING.
HOTWORX has given me more than workouts, it gave me my health, confidence, and a community that makes me excited to show up every day. I'm so thankful for this journey and everyone who's been part of it. ❤️🔥
