Announcement to All Clients

There will be no workouts during the week of Thanksgiving. To keep you moving, we will provide pre-recorded workouts for you to use at your convenience.

Additionally, equipment pick-up will be available on Monday, November 25, 2024, after 5:00 p.m. at the Fitness Studio.

Group workouts will resume on our regular schedule starting Monday, December 2, 2024.
