Sanders Landing and Parker Landing are so close together, that the landing are being put on the same page and they reside on the right side of the river as you go downriver. All of the trails for this page can be taken from either landing. Sanders Landing is about 3.8 miles and Parker Landing is about 3.2 miles from the end of the Little P*e Dee River. The 1st image is a map of the many trails that have gone past these landings all combined together. Details about the paddles are in the post below.

You can see that there isn't many areas that have not be kayaked.

The rest of the images are pictures of the landings. When use see and image of a post without a sign, then the rest of the images are of Sanders Landing. The water was still a little high because of the hurricane, so Sanders Landing was partially flooded.

Sanders Landing/Parker Landing is located within the Woodbury Wildlife Management Area (WMA), a scenic, forested area along the Little P*e Dee River in South Carolina. The landing itself serves as a rustic and tranquil access point to the river, often used by anglers, boaters, and nature enthusiasts.

Surrounded by dense hardwood forests, Parker Landing features a simple dirt or gravel boat ramp that slopes gently into the calm waters of the Little P*e Dee River. The area around the landing is characterized by a mix of cypress, oak, and pine trees, with moss-draped branches giving the space a serene, almost timeless feel. The riverbanks are lush with native vegetation, and wildlife such as herons, turtles, and fish can often be seen near the water.

Because it is located within the Woodbury WMA, it is managed as a natural habitat, and amenities are generally minimal, helping to maintain the rustic charm of the area and allows primitive camping at the landing.

Pet Larrimore Rd is a dirt road and Parker Landing is 10 miles from the beginning of the road. The dirt road was not as bad as I expected it to be. But, it is not great either. It is suggested to use a truck or SUV to travel down the road.

Camping is allowed here. No permit needed. There isn't much room for travel trailers. Boat trailers and small cargo trailers can fit.

When using an app to drive to the landings, it is suggested that you turn down Pet Larrimore Rd. Sometimes an app will have you turn down a gated road and it is hard to turn around.

This posts show 6 versions of what I call the Punchbowl loop. It actually leaves from Punch Bowl Landing. But the map can still be used to navigate the trail from Parker Landing or Sanders Landing. The landings here were used as rest stops during the Punch Bowl loops.

Go to the Kayak Trails of the Little P*e Dee River - Punch Bowl Landing to see more information about the landing.

All 4 trails start out the same way . The first 2 images are the same route. 1 paddle does a figure eight and 2 others one went further down the Little P*e Dee River.

The best site during this paddle is going by the Tree House which can be rented out to stay overnight. If you try to do this paddle and never have done it before. Or do not have someone that has done it before with you. I strongly suggest you use the AllTrails app and one of the maps to navigate the trail. Because this is going into the swamp and it is easily to get lost in the swamp.

If you display the image of the trail on a laptop screen and then scan the QR Code on the map with a smart phone and the AllTrails App is on the phone, the AllTrails map will be displayed on the phone and you will be able to navigate the trail using the app.

If you do not have the app on the smart phone, it will bring the map up via the AllTrails website.
