Demonstrating respect and knowledge, the RVPK instructor’s balance the teaching of proper parkour technique along with its philosophy and purpose, with training the physical condition comprised of strength, range of motion, aerobic endurance, bone density, joint alignment, and structural efficiency. We love to help others discover the value and the freedom of movement!

That’s a wrap on Music Mondays 2026. ❤️

Last night was the final Music Monday of the summer, and man… what a cool thing to be part of.

For the last six weeks, we’ve spent more than three hours every Monday night playing, coaching, and welcoming kids onto our obstacle course.

And every single week, the turnout was awesome.

Great music. Food vendors. Families everywhere with camping chairs, blankets, kids in wagons and on scooters.

Just real, actual COMMUNITY showing up and spending time together.

Dozens of kids came through our course over the summer, along with plenty of adults too. We even brought a Movement Matrix Method class out one week.

But honestly, some of the best parts happened between the obstacles.

We had great conversations with parents, met other local business owners, connected with some awesome young athletes, handed out a whole lot of flyers, and got to introduce more people to what Revolution Parkour Gresham is all about.

We’re really grateful to everyone who stopped by, played, asked questions, cheered their kids on, or just came over to say hi.

Thank you for an awesome summer, Music Mondays.

Well, SPL 5 went down at Origins in Vancouver BC last weekend…

WHAT A WEEKEND FOR RVPK GRESHAM. 🔥

We could not be more proud of Emily and Coach Ben after their performances at Sport Parkour League.

At just 13 years old, Emily became the youngest competitor to compete in SPL so far — and then went all the way to the finals and finished 4th in Women’s Speed.

Think about that for a second.

Thirteen years old. Competing on one of the biggest stages in parkour against elite athletes from around the world. And she finished FOURTH.

Emily, we are so unbelievably proud of you. Not just because of the result, but because of the courage, work, and growth it took to get there. This is only the beginning of your journey, and we cannot wait to see where it takes you.

And Coach Ben absolutely showed out as well — finishing 3rd in Speed and 4th in Skills.

Ben has been grinding as a competitive athlete for years. His athletic ability has already helped earn him a track scholarship, and he continues to push himself at an incredibly high level while also coaching and pursuing school in animation.

Watching that work translate onto the SPL stage was awesome.

Ben, we’re proud of you and excited about what’s ahead.

🚨 RVPK Gresham Closed Saturday, August 22 🚨

Revolution Parkour Gresham will be closed tomorrow, Saturday, August 22, because almost our entire coaching staff will be at Sport Parkour League 5 supporting and/or competing!

At just 13 years old, Emily is stepping up to compete against some of the fastest women in the parkour world — which is insanely exciting. 🔥

And Coach Ben will be putting it all on the line in both Speed AND Skills!

Our coaches spend so much time helping our students grow, and tomorrow we get to show up for our own athletes and coaches as they test themselves on a much bigger stage.

Thanks for understanding and for supporting the RVPK community. We’ll be back to regular programming after the competition!
