Tomorrow is the day! Come on out around 6:30-7:00 PM if you’re interested in shooting trap with us this summer. We are stocked full of clay targets, shells and a brand new thrower. It’s going to be fun!

Reminder: We are a little over a week out from the first night of our trap shooting season! We kick off next Wednesday, June 3rd around 6:30 P.M. at the trap grounds approximately two miles west of Grenora!

We do have a team league you can join if you have 4 or 5 shooters. Stop on out if you’d like more information on that. You do not need to be on a league team to shoot. You can jump on a shooting squad on any Wednesday at any time!

We recently upgraded our club with a brand new Pat-Trap thrower, so we now have two live throwing houses. We have shells available for $10 a box. It costs $5 to shoot a round that is not a league round. Come on come all and let’s grow this club bigger and better than ever!

We would like to thank everyone for coming out to our annual Horn Show and Chili feed yesterday! We had a good turnout and it was a lot of fun.

Some other exciting news about our club. The Grenora Economic Develpoment graciously purchased a new Pat-Trap clay thrower and a new voice activation system for our club. We removed our older Pat-Trap from our main throwing house and installed a new bench and the new thrower in.

We installed the older thrower into our second house after some modifications to the thrower bench. Our vice president, Brad Helstad and his nephew Jared Helstad, built the new thrower bench for the main house and a new scorers stand for the second house.

This is a huge upgrade for our trap shooting grounds and will hopefully bring in more shooters. Grenora Economic Development members are Scott Kueffler, Tom Enander, Trevor Swenson, Erin Lundby, Lisa Gafkjen, Lindsey Sorenson and Lynette Eaton.

If you shoot with us or are interested in shooting we start our summer shooting on Wednesday, June 3rd around 6:30 pm. And if you see any member of the economic development, give them a big thank you!
