“What is the next small step I can take?”

Most of us aren’t actually “lost.”
We’re just overwhelmed.

Too many thoughts.
Too many responsibilities.
Too many expectations from everyone around us.

Parents —
We grew up worrying about who sat at our lunch table.
Our teens are growing up worrying about who saw their story… and who didn’t.
Social media didn’t just change communication.
It changed identity.
Comparison is constant.
Validation is public.
Pressure is 24/7.
Some teens look “fine” on the outside and feel overwhelmed on the inside.
Confidence in this generation doesn’t happen by accident.
It has to be built intentionally.
I’m opening 4 Teen Confidence Reset sessions this month focused specifically on navigating social media pressure in a healthy way.

A lot of couples care deeply for each other…
And still feel misunderstood.
It’s not usually a lack of love.
It’s missed signals.

You don’t need perfection.
