Starting Tuesday June 16th. We are going (back to the basics) summer schedule.
This will be Tuesday and Thursday Dance2fit+Strength Training. If you are only interested in dance , you can leave after that set. It will be 40-45 min of dance followed by 15-20 min of weights. New and permanent class time of 5:45pm.
