Good Vibes to our GIs and Janes CrossFit Grenada Teams
On Oct 10th, we have two teams competing in the 4th Annual 'G.I.s and Janes' CrossFit Competition in Jackson, MS. Coach Deb and Destini will be going against and Coach Belle and Maddie as well as all the other teams from around the state. This is Mississippi's biggest competition! All of the workouts are versions of CrossFit's Hero and Girl Workouts and are SUPER TOUGH!!! GIVE OUT STRONG LADIES ALL THE LOVE AND SUPPORT AS THEY GET AFTER IT ON THE 10th!

KID and ADULT Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Come sit in on a class and start your Jiu Jitsu journey!
