Hey y’all! I wanted to update everyone on our future for bungee fitness in Grenada. First off, THANK YOU to everyone who has supported Leap of Faith over the past year. It brought me so much fun and joy each day getting to know all of you and helping you on your fitness journey. With that being said, it is with a heavy heart to say that we have officially closed our doors. However, I am excited to announce that
The Studio is coming to town THIS NOVEMBER and will continue to offer your fave BUNGEE FITNESS workout!! Go give them a follow to keep up with all information and updates! 💜

💜We have finally added our INTRO classes back to our schedule! Thank you all for being patient with us as we work through busy schedules!!

💜 if you have never tried bungee, this is the class for you! In this class, you will get familiar with your harness and learn the basic moves in bungee fitness. You can repeat intro as many times as you would like!

💜 Join us on Mondays at 5:15pm for your intro class. Your first class is only $10. We are working hard to find another day that is available for intro classes. We hope to see you soon!

APRIL ABS!!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

We had 12 minutes left of class today and I told these ladies that we were going to do 10 minutes of non stop cardio including jacks, jogs, ab crunches, mountain climbers, etc. THEY WERE ALL FOR IT 😳😳😳😳🤯🤯🤯 and then I told them it was APRIL FOOLS!!! 🤣🤣🤣💪🏼 but the amazing part was that they were going to try it!! There’s never any stopping them and they are always up for whatever!! We ended class with abs, walking lunges, and walk sits!! You’re looking at some BEASTS right here! 😜 Happy April 1st!!!!
