These teens are still killing it!!!! New month starts tomorrow and we are accepting new athletes! $85/month for M/W/F at 11am... or $75/month for Tues/Thursday at 4:30pm. ($15 drop-ins also available!) Let ya know if you have any questions or if you have a kiddo that would like to try it out!

Attention... there will not be a CrossFit Littles class this month due to many going back to face to face learning. I’ve LOVED the time I got to spend and workout with your littles. Hopefully I will get to coach them again in the future. As far as the teens classes (both M/W/F 11:00am and T/Th 4:30pm) we will continue to keep working out and get stronger together! See y’all soon!
