The 6’1 175 Harris chose the Orange over Wisconsin, Virginia, and Virginia Tech.

Harris is now the second Byrnes rising senior to commit this week, following CB Aidyn Wiggins’ commitment to Auburn. 🏈

Season 4️⃣ of covering Greer-area sports is officially in the books!

It’s hard to find the words to describe this year. Plenty of highs, some lows, and overall, just a lot of emotions. But putting this video together, I see all of the hugs, memories, and celebrations captured. All the happy tears and milestones.

It reminds me just how thankful and grateful to God I am to tell these stories and be a small part of your lives. That means more to me than y’all could ever know. 💙

This weekend, Segarra visited Stanford — and met with former QB and NFL star Andrew Luck, who is now the GM for Stanford football. 🏈🌲

A 3-hour lightning delay. Three different state championship matches beforehand. 110 minutes of soccer. Four overtime periods. ⚽️

In what’s believed to be the latest game in SC high school soccer history, Eastside won the 2026 5-A D2 State Championship at 1:37 A.M. on Sunday morning, beating Chapin in PKs. 🏆🦅

STORY:

Eastside senior GK Brandon Jaramillo made the game-winning PK save in the state title game shootout at 1:37 a.m. on May 24, capturing the 5-A D2 State Championship for the Eagles.
