Our instructors not only have their belt ranks sanctioned by the Ministry of Education in Japan, but also their teaching ranks and are committed to strengthening their practice and understanding of the arts with regular participation in seminars, classes, and interaction with other Dojos to insure our students get the best training and education possible in a stress-free and fun environment. and teaching certified by the Ministry of Education in Japan, Shihan Dan Sidlik has been an active practitioner for over thirty years. During this time he has acquired black belt ranking in Uechi-Ryu Karate-do, Goju-Ryu Karate-do, Shorin-Ryu, and Kobujustsu. In addition to being inducted into the Black Belt Hall of Fame, he has on multiple occasions received ‘Instructor of the Year’ awards from surrounding schools. Our focus is on your success and we accomplish this through exercise, self-discipline, respect and positive reinforcement. We have developed a unique program, teaching those skills that can be used to improve your health, confidence, and concentration as well as self-defense in a safe, fun, and comfortable environment. The values and lessons of Martial Arts can assist you in becoming better equipped to handle the many situations at work, school, and in your personal lives.
