6 types of Teeps for my Black Label Peeps:
1. Lead Teep
2. Rear Teep
3. Switch Teep
4. Fake to Rear Teep
5. Sliding Teep

The Lead Teep • the longest attack in your arsenal. Use it often. Once your opponent gets privy to your teep, feint it into other options. Here we’ve got the teep feint into 1) the jab and 2) the switch kick.

The Jab-Rear Leg Kick is a staple of Muay Thai. Simple and effective. But… what if you can’t land the low kick?

Here are several answers (feints) to build off of your low kick, change your angles and methods of attack, and even land your low kick again.
1. Put weight down on the checking leg to land the low kick.
2. Feint for a liver kick instead.
3. Shoot a Superman Cross off the low kick.
4. Feint for the liver hook-low kick
5. Feint for a sweep by catching the checking leg
