My longstanding passion for personal training began with creating workout plans for friends and family. As they saw success, my desire to help others reach their health & fitness goals grew and led me to become a personal trainer. As I've worked with clients, I've seen many feel uncertainty about going to a gym. I understand the struggle, intimidation, and

the time commitment--I've been there too. In the comfort of your home or mine, we'll have all the necessary equipment for a personalized, powerful, and efficient workout. Whether you are training for a marathon, recovering from an injury, dropping the baby weight, or toning up for your wedding... Everyone, let me introduce you to the Whole Fitness team!
What a “get to” for me to serve alongside these amazing ladies. ❤️
They are passionate about Jesus and setting others free.
You may walk in a class just for a workout but you leave with these women praying over and loving you.
It may look like a fitness class but it’s Kingdom work. We are not about how heavy you can lift or how many reps you did. We just want you to move in love, get healthy and whole in Christ.

A little glimpse into our ab workout last night, “everything but the kitchen sink!”
The ladies had to run/walk to the other side of the gym, pick up a plate from the “sink,” run back and complete 20 reps of the ab workout that was written on the plate. After they completed the reps, they would run back and grab another plate.
For a total of 10 minutes.
It was fun and jamming out to a playlist celebrating women was a bonus. 😊

We made this little guy because we are busy and so are you. It’s sometimes difficult to carve out space and time to get some movement in. So, with these workouts we’ve taken the planning out of the picture for you. .
These workouts will be 1. Fun and effective. 2. Have you done within 30 minutes. 3. And, they don’t require any equipment - just you and your strong body- so you can do them anywhere at anytime. 🤸🏼‍♀️
No need to lug equipment out or drag your kids to the gym, just throw on some sweat ready clothes, put on some music and you’re all set. Make sure you grab this guy- link in the profile- He’ll serve you well. Because you were made to move. 💚

Whole Fitness is meeting for the first time around the dinner table! We will have conversation and fellowship around the dinner table so that we can get to know each other and God more. We encourage you to bring your favorite childhood dish to pass and to share with others. This event is a women's only event. So leave the kids and husband at home and come out for a fun night of conversation and good food with other like-minded women.
