One of the best parts about a team trip like Las Vegas is getting to hang out! Our last night there some of the team went out and got tacos and tattoos! It was a fun and memorable night!

Coach AJ took home Second Place out in Vegas at the World Masters! Congratulations Coach!

For a lot of people, the stand-up portion of Jiu Jitsu is the most intimidating. It's what people get the most nervous about, especially in competition.

At RMGA we make sure to work on our stand-up in every class! Sometimes that is grip fighting, or working on our stance and motion, and sometimes it's learning some judo or wrestling.

We have been preparing hard to go out to Vegas in a couple weeks to compete at Master Worlds and Jiu Jitsu Con!

New Breed puts on a great tournament and we always look forward to going.

On May 2nd we didn't have a big group able to go, but we had these two! And these two brought home 3rd place for the team! They did a great job and we are so proud of them!
