We had another great celebration dinner last week!

Once a month we get together and go to dinner after night class and brunch after morning class (I forgot to take a picture of that). It's so nice to get to hang out with our teammates and talk about everything we have to celebrate over the past month!

This month we celebrated birthdays, new jobs, promotions, and getting ourselves out there, doing something new! May was a great month and we look forward to June!

Putting your kids in Jiu Jitsu can help them learn to defend themselves as well as how to stay calm under pressure! It helps them work on their listening skills as well as their self discipline. It also teaching them to be confident in their bodies, set goals and be proud of themselves!

We believe that it takes a village to raise a strong, kind, healthy child, and we just want to be a part of your village!
