Breaking ground on the Olde Eight Golf Academy.

Developed in partnership with Callaway Golf, the Academy, known within the community as The Repair Shop, will serve as a destination for instruction, club fitting and player development. The Academy will bring tour-level technology, teaching and hospitality together under one roof — and will serve as Callaway’s premier East Coast location.

The Academy will be outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and technology furnished by Callaway, giving members and guests access to the same tools and fitting capabilities used by the game’s best players. Designed for golfers of every skill level, the facility will combine expert instruction, personalized club fitting and welcoming gathering spaces in a setting focused on helping players improve and enjoy the game.

Construction is anticipated to be completed in November 2026, coinciding with the opening of Olde Eight’s driving range, short course and practice facilities — together forming one of the most complete player-development environments in the Southeast.
