Have had some people asking about the class and thought this might help answer others questions. My name is Matthew Francis and I have been coaching people through many types and levels of health, fitness, strength, speed, and weight loss classes for 29 years, and it is my passion. Our BOOST class will consist of bodyweight movements and cardio movements in a fun, bootcamp style group class. Body weight movements will include step ups, push ups, sit ups, lunges, planks, jumping/stepping jacks, stairs, sprints, burpees, squats, and others. We will be doing a variety of movements every day so no boring its "Tuesdays workouts" and all movements can be scaled to any current fitness or physical limitations you may have. We are here to have fun, get healthier, and improve our fitness level. We will start class at 6am with stretching and warming up, then go over and demonstrate the proper way to perform each movement and make sure everyone understands what to do and is comfortable. We will then do our workout, then a cool down. The class will run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and the cost is $50 per month and will include nutrition guidance if you are interested in that to help maximize your daily performance, health, and weight loss results.
