Congratulations to Howard Green on being inducted into The Greenwood 50! Mr. Green works as a school counselor at Greenwood High School. As both a counselor and the head tennis coach at GHS, Mr. Green demonstrates excellence that extends far beyond the school walls and tennis court. Known for his positive attitude and humility, Mr. Green motivates students and athletes to strive for personal growth and become better versions of themselves.

What is happening this weekend at the Greenwood County Recreation Complex?
-Perfect Game SEC South Carolina is bringing in 25 teams to play Saturday on 6 fields A,B,C,D,E, & Legion. Starting at 8:30am to 7:30pm
-Junior Team Tennis - Greenwood, SC is having their last Spring Tennis League date Saturday starting at 9:00am
- Emerald City FC has a match Saturday starting @3:00 on Field G

Good Morning,

Greenwood Recreation and Junior Team Tennis - Greenwood, SC are teaming together to put on a 5 week tennis league. All dates will be on Saturday morning from 9:00am to 11:00am. Ages will be 7-14 years old.
The registration fee will be $25. This fee will cover the Team Tennis entry fee, t-shirt, tennis balls, awards, scholarships, and court fees for matches. If there are any students wishing to play but unable to afford these fees, please contact a Greenwood Junior Tennis Volunteer to arrange for scholarship funding for that player. Scholarship funding is limited.
Each player must have a current USTA junior membership. New membership and/or renewals may be obtained at www.USTA.com or 1-800-990-USTA. The junior membership is FREE and will allow players to be eligible to play in USTA sanctioned tournaments and other Team Tennis leagues for one year.
