The team had a great night at the Cougar Chase yesterday! Lots of first places and P.R.s!

We had a lot of records and wins at county yesterday! Will Riley won Athlete of the Meet and set a new school record of 10.59 seconds in the 100 and 21.85 seconds in the 200. Amy Luttrell also broke a school record with a 12-3 vault! Our other county champions were Emma Gardener, Makena Cruse, Sam Grimes, and the boys 400-meter relay team(Riley, Hommell, Middleton, and Ruppert).

We had a great meet on Tuesday, despite the constant rain! Brayden Wright, Ajay Weathers, Jeremiah Carter, Josh Carrol, Will Riley, Sam Grimes, Sam Cassel, Chase Monroe, Emma Gardner, and Makena Cruse all placed first in their events! The next meet is scheduled for tonight!

Yesterday was our last meet of the season! There were amazing performances from Sam and Lilly just like we have seen with everyone else in the meets they participated in! This will be the last running season at the high school for our seniors: Sam Grimes, Stuart Luhigo, Donny Heichel, Ishani, and Ava Rippetoe. Great job Woodmen, and we all hope to see everyone again!

Yesterday many of the Woodmen finished out their 23-24 cross country season at Regionals! Sam Grimes and Lilly Rollings will be advancing to State, next Saturday, as individuals!

Woodmen who qualified at the meet last Saturday will be running at regionals this weekend!

The Woodmen Boys did an amazing job on Saturday, making them the first team in 3 years to qualify for Regionals! At the race yesterday, both Sam Grimes and Lily Rollings placed third in their respective races. While the girl's team was 3 points away from going to regionals as a team, 4 individuals( Kendall Adams, Lily Rollings, Kara Ennis, and Ryan Marker) were able to qualify!

Sam Grimes took home 1st place in the boy's race today at Franklin! Lilly Rollings was second in the girls' race, girls placed 4th overall, and boys placed 3rd overall! Great job Woodmen!
