It is with a sad heart and much disappointment that we have been forced to close our doors after 9 years in business in Greenwood. Our facility was renting a location, and we were abruptly informed they would be changing the use of it and no longer available for us to rent. I want to express our deepest apologies to the city of Greenwood and our clients for the loss of this training program locally for all the athletes, but it is completely out of our control. Thank you all for your support, your friendships, and all the great memories we have created through your successes and hope the Lord has something in store for us to provide for Greenwood down the road but until then, we love and appreciate each and every one of you. If we can be of any help to anyone, PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out, and we will do anything we are able to help.

I hear all the time, "it's hard to eat enough protein". It really isn't if you think. Today I had a typical lunch burrito for me. I weight 205 currently and have 12% body fat and eat these pretty regularly as one of my meals, and it has only 459 calories but is very filling. Has 1 flour burrito wrap, 1/2 cup shredded fat free cheddar cheese, and 4 oz lean ground beef with taco seasoning. 48g protein, 40 carbs, and 13g of fat. Which fits into my 4 meal schedule that works for me and my workout regiment. This is just an example that works for me and my bodys needs. We are looking to start a NEW class!! It is called M.E.L.T, (Making Everyone Look Thinner) it will provide 3 days week of exercise classes, food/macro/supplement guidnace, and great support of your fellow classmates. But when would we get the most people in? Comment below when would work best for you and we will see what we come up with that can get the most people in that we can help MELT off any unwanted weight. Class will be totally scalable and appropriate for any and all current fitness levels. PLEASE SHARE this with your friends and tell them to comment too!
