My name is Johnathan Enrico, I'm a former Bariatric patient ( Modified Duodenal Switch ). I have been very successful with my weightloss and lifestyle change. Now I want to be able to help, share, and teach people how to change thier lives not only for them, but their love ones and people closest to them. I want to make a positive impact and help everyone become the best, healthiest version of themselves. I want to be able to help you succeed in your fitness goals, I have a advantage on most personal trainers around the area. I spent my whole life obese with bad eating habits, lazy, scared to step foot in a gym. I have walked in the shoes that they haven't. Let me put my knowledge and experience to work for you!
