Some really cool stuff is happening for PDA Athletics! This Tuesday Del Sol Fort Smith has offered to collaborate with PDA! They will have live music and will be donating a contribution to PDA from that night, this will help with getting new equipment for our athletes, future merchandise drops, and many other things! If you’re able please visit and grab a bite from a great restaurant looking to help support furthering your athletes!

Week 1 of the program down! Next week we will start sharing videos of our athletes putting in some serious work! Big shout out to D-BAT Fort Smith for being a great facility to train these athletes!

Something that I think is missed alot in training athletes is actually coaching mentality, there are some great ones who do it but a lot of people just doing drills, the purpose and intent of drills, teaching and helping kids build confidence is what’s important not just doing drills!
