📚🤝 Learning, Growing & Connecting Together
Several Strides providers spent the day at the 6th Annual CRU (Collaboration, Recognition & Unity) Event learning alongside fellow professionals from across the region. It was a wonderful opportunity to network, share ideas, and gain new tools to better support the individuals and families we serve.
One of the highlights of the day was learning about generational differences and communication. Every generation brings unique experiences, perspectives, strengths, and values. Understanding those differences helps us build stronger relationships, improve teamwork, and better connect with the diverse clients and families we work with every day.
At Strides, we believe that growth never stops. By continuing to learn, collaborate, and challenge ourselves, we can provide the highest quality services while fostering meaningful connections within our community.
