▶️ Every step I climb will be in honor of Austin Speece 🙏🏻

▶️ The NFFF 9/11 Memorial Stair Climbs is a way to honor remember and support the FDNY firefighters who selflessly gave their lives so that others might live on September 11, 2001.

The past year has been a tough 🙏🏻 one ☝🏻 to navigate through... But I managed to accomplish the following in my education and business endeavors as an entrepreneur 🤩

✔️ Became a Resistance Training Specialist 💪🏻
✔️ USA 🇺🇸 Trademarked Killer Queen Fitness
✔️ Completed my 💯th Yoga Class
✔️ Establish a Solid Client Base 🧬 Health Seekers
🔜 200 Hour Registered Yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ Teacher

Once I complete my RYT 200 Hour Yoga Training... I’m anticipating offering one on one instruction, intimate group classes, and perhaps teaching at a local yoga studio. Looking forward to expanding my knowledge 🤓 and encountering more beautiful 🤩 souls in 2021! Shanda Bontrager

Blessed to be turning 49 today !!! To celebrate 🥳...

I just finished ✅ 49 minutes of tough cardio 💪🏻 38 minutes running 🏃🏼‍♀️ intervals + 11 minutes on my water 💦 rower 🚣‍♀️ Not bad for an aging queen 👑 🙌🏻 Don’t worry 😉... I’ll celebrate 🥳 with a nice glass of wine 🍷 and small dessert 🎂 @ dinner tonight 🤩 Shanda Bontrager
