The beautiful Poppie Pilates has chosen to expand in order to keep spreading the love of healthy living. Kelly Gulbrandsen and Sara Talbert have 35 years experience between the two of them. They have combined forces to create this incredible boutique. Movement heals is our tagline and remembering to always b YOU is our motto. Focusing on core alignment and based on the original teaching of Joseph

Pilates, our instructors will guide you through a series of exercises in order to gain strength, flexibility and improved posture. Our goal is to free the body and mind of all limitations and get you moving with the freedom each and every one of us desire. We currently offer private, duo, and trio appointments. • engage your centerline
• assist in exercises (have you ever placed it under your sternum during leg pull front??)
• activate different areas that you may not have been focusing on
• strengthening the upper body & lower
