Beating the Heat riding 🚵♀️🌡️
Hey fellow riders! Looking to conquer the scorching heat during your mountain bike and riding adventures? Here are some basic tips to stay cool and recover effectively!
☝️Duh! Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! 💦 Water is essential for replenishing fluids lost through sweat. Make sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your ride to stay properly hydrated.
✌️Plan your ride during cooler times! ⏰ Seriously, Avoid the peak heat hours by planning your ride early in the morning or in the evening when the temperatures are more manageable.
