Maylene has experience in a variety of different settings, from kickboxing to Pilates and incorporates the experience into her clients’ training. 3 tips you can use to inspire your self-care through movement:

1. Move for how you want to feel, not just how you want to look ➡️ When you focus on energy, strength, and mental clarity, movement becomes a gift instead of a chore.

2. Small makes a difference! ➡️ Five minutes of stretching, a short walk, or a few deep breaths can shift your whole day—and often lead to more. It’s ok if you don’t have a full hour. Every bit helps

3. Treat your workouts as an appointment with yourself ➡️ You wouldn’t cancel on someone you care about—show yourself that same respect and consistency.
