Hi! For my Walkers and Runners! Lets create a weekly challenge! If you want to participate, send me in how many miles you walked/ran by Friday morning. I will posts everyone's weekly miles in my Friday email. I will also accumulate the miles for each person and list overall miles completed at end of each month! So stick your headphones on and get moving!!!!
Also, healthy Recipes!!! Lets share some yummy summer foods. Send me in your favorite, or new favorite recipe and I will share it in Friday email.
