Canes Family…Noah Parlier joined the Greenville Hurricanes basketball program as a sophomore, quickly standing out for his talent and passion for the game. Over his sophomore and junior seasons, Noah developed significantly in skill, knowledge, and size, becoming a key player for the team.
This off season, he played with the 17u Next Level Elite AAU team on the Puma circuit, impressing college coaches and reaching new heights in his basketball journey.
Unfortunately, during a recent tournament, Noah suffered a complete ACL tear and a partial meniscus tear. He is scheduled for surgery this month, and his road to recovery will be long and challenging. Despite insurance, the out-of-pocket expenses for surgery and critical physical therapy are significant. Physical therapy is essential for Noah to recover as quickly as possible and continue pursuing his dream of playing college basketball, but insurance only covers a limited number of visits.
The coaching staff has encouraged him to remember that his identity is not just as a basketball player, but as a child of God with a purpose that goes beyond the court. Noah is a wonderful young man, and our hearts break for him, but we are moving forward with faith, hope, and love. He is deeply loved by his family, teammates, and community.
Please consider donating any amount to help us reach our goal for the Parlier family. We pray that the financial burden will not be something they have to worry about. Let’s bless this family and show them we’re here for them!
