They’re always watching, even when they’re too young to understand what they’re seeing.

They see Mom and Dad train. They see us push ourselves, stay disciplined, do hard things, and keep showing up. Right now, she may just think the gym is another place to climb on equipment, steal our machines, and hang out with us 😂 But one day, I hope she understands what she was actually watching.

She was watching her parents choose to better themselves.

Working out as a family isn’t just about building muscle or staying in shape. It’s about creating an environment where taking care of yourself, working hard, and constantly improving is simply normal.

Our kids will learn far more from what we consistently do than what we tell them to do.

I want my daughter to grow up knowing that strength is earned. Discipline matters. Taking care of your body matters. And becoming a better version of yourself never stops.

More than anything, I want her to look back and know her dad did everything he could to lead from the front and be the best father, husband, and example he could possibly be.

Because operating at your peak means a whole lot more when little eyes are watching.

Set the standard. Live the example. Raise the next generation to expect more from themselves.

Nearing the top of this bulk 🙌

The goal this time wasn’t just to watch the scale climb. It was to add quality size while keeping the body fat under control, and I’m pretty damn happy with where we’ve landed.

I’ve managed to stay lean throughout the entire bulk, strength is up, size is up, and we’re probably looking at about 2 more weeks before it’s time to change the goal.

Then we cut. 😈

Time to see what we actually built underneath all that food.

That’s the part I love about this process. Every phase has a purpose. Build with intention. Cut with intention. Keep learning, adjusting, and improving along the way.

THIS is what it’s about. 💪

Meet Kevin Brillant. When Kevin came to me, he was training but felt like he was spinning his wheels. He struggled to shed body fat, felt like his muscles would look full during a workout and immediately “deflate,” and most importantly, he just didn’t feel good.

Now look at him.

Leaner. More muscular. More confident. Training before work because he loves how it makes him feel throughout the day, following his nutrition, and putting in the work consistently.

And I want to make something very clear… I can give someone the plan, but I can’t do the work for them.

Not what you post about.

Unpopular opinion…

Most people don’t need another fat burner.

They need to stop treating sleep like it’s optional.

Stop treating protein like it’s a suggestion.

Stop thinking a shot, a pill, or a peptide can outwork a lifestyle that fights against your goals every day.

I love performance optimization.

I love hormones.

I love peptides.

But none of those replace the basics.

The people getting the best results are the ones who stack optimization on top of discipline, not in place of it.

One of the biggest differences between online coaching and in person coaching is what I can see that you can’t always see in yourself.

Yesterday was the perfect example.

My client was doing everything right. His form was solid. He was hitting his reps. If he had been training on his own, it would’ve been a great workout.

But standing beside him, I could see there was more in the tank.

So we pushed.

Then we pushed again.

Before the workout was over, he had put 40 more pounds on one of his lifts than he ever thought he was capable of.

Not because he magically got stronger overnight.

Because someone believed in him enough to challenge the limits he had placed on himself.

That’s what in-person coaching is about. It’s not just counting reps or correcting form. It’s reading body language, knowing when to back off, knowing when to push harder, and helping you discover what you’re actually capable of.

Online coaching is an incredible option and has helped a lot of people transform their lives. But there are moments that only happen when your coach is standing right there beside you.

Yesterday was one of those moments.

I couldn’t be more proud of him. He showed up, trusted the process, embraced the challenge, and absolutely crushed it.

Those are the moments I love most as a coach.
