I started bodybuilding in January of this year at 175 lbs. I’ve since put on 40 pounds of lean muscle, maintained around 10% body fat, and built way more than just a physique.
I’ve built a mindset. A system. A lifestyle.
It wasn’t overnight. It was structure, consistency, and showing up when it wasn’t convenient.
I’m now offering online coaching for those who want to make a real shift — physically and mentally.
