You can p**p every day… and STILL be constipated. 💩
Frequency isn’t the full story.

If you’re straining, feeling bloated, passing hard stools, or never feeling fully emptied — your body is still dealing with constipation, even if you’re going daily.
True bowel health is about ease, completeness, and comfort — not just how often you go.

A gentle colonic can help release built-up waste, reduce bloating, and give your system a fresh reset when diet and lifestyle alone aren’t enough.

Ready to feel lighter and more comfortable? Book your colonic with us today. link is in our bio to book!
