January Fitness Kickoff 💚
Not a challenge. Not a reset. Just real habits that actually work.
Our January Fitness Kickoff is a coach-monitored, habits-based program designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and build momentum that lasts — not burn out by week two.
This is NOT limited to just members, so grab a family member and get them involved with you!
✔️ $50 for the month
✔️ Weekly coach check-ins + personalized feedback
✔️ Simple, sustainable metrics that lead to real results when followed
What we’ll focus on:
• Fueling within a 300–500 calorie range from your InBody estimate
• Eating lean muscle mass in grams of protein per day
• 64+ oz water daily
• 25–35g fiber from real food
• 8–10k steps per day
• Attending Group Class 3x/week minimum (or 3 Strength Focused Workouts for Non-Members)
Project Lean Nation will be at 7V THIS Friday at both the 5:30am and noon class for the InBody scan to help calculate the numbers above!
