Camps at MOTIVE are filled with engaging activities in our state of the art facility equipped with obstacles from the American Ninja Warrior TV show as well as two Olympic size trampolines, a spring floor, parkour section, and foam pit! Looking to improve grip/hand strength for everyday life or competition? We’ve got the clinic for you!

Join Zach Staniewicz, the 2025 GSI Southeast Regional Champion, at Motive on July 11th as he covers techniques to improve pinch grip, supporting grip, and vertical bar strength. This clinic will consist of basic deadlift mechanics and provide a basic program for weightlifting. It will also introduce you to the sport of Grip Sport and Armlifting and show you how to get involved. The clinic is a great crossover into other sports like climbing, powerlifting, martial arts, etc. It’s something you can compete in at an older age with low injury risks.

The backflip is a classic “bucket list” item that you can work on marking off your checklist at MOTIVE on Saturday, July 18th. This will be a crash course where we’ll arm you with all the prerequisites necessary to achieve a standing back tuck.

We’ll have drills, specific techniques and, of course, experienced coaches here to spot you along the way.
