People ask why I lift weights.

This. 🌾💪

Because farm life doesn’t care if you’re tired. Hay still needs to be loaded, unloaded, stacked, and moved. Every squat, deadlift, press, and carry in the gym has a purpose when you live this lifestyle.

For me, fitness isn’t just about looking strong—it’s about being strong enough to care for the herd I love. That’s functional fitness at its finest. 🐐❤️

Some days I walk into class feeling tired, stressed, distracted, or just not quite at my best. But without fail, I leave feeling stronger, happier, and grateful I showed up.

The best part? Seeing the faces of people who choose to be there. Their commitment, energy, and dedication inspire me to bring my best, even on the days when I don’t feel like I have much left to give.

My class participants deserve every ounce of effort I can give—and then some. And somehow, after a good sweat session together, we all leave with a little more than we came in with. ❤️💪
