Maybe to someone else, this is just a job. But to us at RAD, it’s so much more.
It’s the late nights, the chaotic rehearsals, the costumes scattered everywhere, the endless planning, the problem-solving, the victories, the challenges, the laughter, the tears, and all the little moments in between.
Most importantly, it’s the kids.
They may walk through the doors of RAD as students, but somewhere along the way, they become part of our hearts and part of our dance family. ❤️ Watching them grow, not only as dancers but as people, is one of the greatest gifts this life has given me.
We don’t take for granted that we get to do what we love, with the people we love, every single day.
This isn’t just a job. It’s our passion, our purpose, and a life we are so incredibly grateful to call ours. ✨
