Wanted to highlight our baseball group. This group was dedicated to their training all summer, while juggling jobs and travel baseball schedules. Extremely proud of this group. Not only are they improving athletically, but all of these athletes have hit PRs in the weight room. With summer ball coming to an end, leading them to a true off-season, we’ll likely see even more gains in their performance.
