Why are we still having a conversation in 2026 about whether preferring muscle over extreme thinness is just a matter of personal taste?
Women spent two centuries poisoning themselves to look like they were dying. Drinking vinegar. Swallowing arsenic. Going blind from belladonna drops. Compressing their own organs into corsets to imitate a wasting disease.
Muscle mass predicts how long you live. The thin ideal predicts nothing except how well you absorbed a 200 year old disease aesthetic.
That preference was never yours. It has a paper trail and a body count.
Every year you spend chasing a disease aesthetic is a year you are not building the body that keeps you alive longer. DM me READY. 🦓
