We did our first post-training testing session yesterday with the JH Rose Lacrosse girls and coach Yartin and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! The girls got stronger, faster, bigger, and leaner in just 8 weeks! Amazing work ladies!

It looks like our own Zachary Johnson's performance in his first meet made him not only the NC State champion in his age group and weight class but also the National champion in that category. Good job Zach!

Staci Murphy (148lbs RAW Full Power) competed at the Halloween Howl at Brute Strength Gym over the weekend.

Staci squatted 265lbs, benched 135lbs, and deadlifted 260lbs for a 660lb total!

This weekend Elite members Zach Johnson and Staci Muphy (both 148lbs) and I competed at the SPF Halloween Howl at Brute Strength Gym in Virginia.

We had a great time and both Zach and Staci did extremely well. We're all all very proud of their accomplishments on the platform yesterday (video will be posted soon).
