Our studio owner, .lawrence.delaney, shares a deeply honest reflection on a season of change, identity, and rediscovery in her latest newsletter.
After more than 20 years of teaching, motherhood, and running a heart-centered yoga studio, she is taking a short summer siesta to pause, breathe, and reconnect with herself.
She shares honestly about something many of us come to eventually. The question of who we are beyond our roles and responsibilities. With her kids growing up and life shifting in new ways, she is giving herself space to slow down and listen for what comes next. 💫
She will be spending time in Sedona, driving across the country, and creating rare space alone. Not as an escape but as a reset and a way to get quiet enough to hear her own life again.
Through it all, she makes one thing very clear. The heart of Greenville Yoga is staying strong and open. Classes are continuing, teachers are stepping in beautifully, and the studio community is still very much alive and growing.
Liz also invites our community to stay curious and open during this time. Try a new class, meet a new teacher, and stay connected to the practice in a fresh way.
If you would like to read her full letter, you can sign up for our newsletter or find it on our website under Letters from Liz. ❤️
Feel free to give her some love in this post. ✨
