We still have spots available for Project Strength!

Project Strength is a 4-week program for young women ages 13-18 to build confidence, strength, and community in a supportive gym environment.

Participants will learn proper strength-training techniques using barbells, selectorized machines, cables, and dumbbells!

The first group begins on June 11th and meets 4-5pm.
Members: $65
Non-Members: $75

Our next LIVESTRONG at the YMCA cohort begins Tuesday, June 23rd!

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a small-group cancer survivorship program for those living with, through, or beyond cancer. Survivors and their families receive a free membership at the YMCA of Greenville for the duration of the program to support the wellbeing of participants, and their caregivers.

Thanks to your incredible support, our Verdae YMCA Burpee Challenge officially surpassed its goal!

Together, we raised $2,533 and completed 1,013 burpees in support of our Annual Campaign.

We’re so grateful to everyone who donated, participated, cheered us on, and helped make this challenge such a success. Every dollar raised helps ensure individuals and families in our community have access to the programs, support, and opportunities they need to thrive at the Y.
