Empowered Martial Arts We are a Taekwondo school focused on enriching our students lives using positive reinforcement! We invite any age to try a class & come train with us!

We are a Taekwondo & Boxing school, focusing on incorporating martial arts training to shape students into leaders. Our goal is to provide a safe & fun environment where everyone feels empowered & accomplished. With over 30 years of teaching experience, & 25 years as a school owner, Master Glenn Olson, 8th degree black belt, has guided over thousands of students to surpassing, their goals. He has

experience in bully prevention & child safety, founding SafetyNET Kids in 2003, confidence training, & discipline issues. Our programs have proven to increase any ages level of fitness, self-esteem, & work ethic. Miss Evie, 3rd degree black belt, has experience in fitness training & motivation, & child behavioral & educational guidance. We promise, our programs will make you sweat, improve your focus and coordination, & give you a new sense of confidence.
