am a NASM CPT, Nutrition Coach, Sports Performance Coach, and a Zumba Certified Instructor. I love what I do and I have been fortunate to help so many people change their lives for the better. There isn’t a client that I can’t work with! With my experience and structured workout plans along with nutritional guidance I have been able to help many people see real results that they can see and feel.

Six years ago, there was no fancy setup. No gym. No endless equipment. Just a vision, a football field, and a few people who believed in me enough to trust the process.

Over these last 6 years, there have been highs, setbacks, location changes, uncomfortable transitions, and moments where I had to keep trusting God and keep moving forward. Every challenge became part of the story.

For years, I sacrificed by working full-time as a Class A CDL truck driver to fund my business, often putting in 10-hour shifts and still showing up to train clients before the sun came up and after I got off work. Sleep was limited. There were long days, early mornings, and late nights, but I never stopped believing in the vision God placed on my heart.

From training a few days a week with no equipment besides a tire and a few dumbbells … to serving clients 7 days a week across two cities, building an incredible community, and preparing to launch a new location here soon.
None of this happened overnight.
It happened through faith, consistency, sacrifice, and a standard that has never changed:
WE JUST WANT RESULTS.

To every athlete, every woman, every client, every family, every coach, every supporter, and everyone who has shared, referred, or simply believed in this vision… thank you. You are part of this story.

Most importantly, I thank God for allowing me to turn a passion into a purpose and for blessing me with the opportunity to impact lives every single day.
From a football field with no equipment… to where we are today.

6 years down.
And we’re still just getting started. 💯🙏🏾

Caleb I’m just glad I was able to be apart of this journey with you . First time Caleb touched 315… it didn’t move.
Fast forward a little bit later — 315 x4. Only about a month apart 💪🏾👏🏾

That’s what happens when training has structure, consistency, and purpose. Not random workouts. Real development.

Still sharpening technique, still chasing higher levels, but the progress speaks for itself. 📈🔥

From the first steps in training… all the way to the highest level.

Different ages.
Different levels.
Same focus—getting better every time they step in.

Some are just getting introduced to movement and coordination…
Others are sharpening speed, power, and game performance.

But it all connects.

The ones who start learning the right way early don’t have to play catch up later.

And the ones already competing at a high level?
They’re finding ways to separate even more.

It’s a process… but you can tell who’s really putting the work in 👀

If you are an athlete or parent of athlete understand just playing 7v7 or AAU alone is not gonna develop your/their game. To truly develop and seperate from competition performance training is essential.

Your offseason should incorporate getting stronger, getting faster, becoming more explosive, becoming better at change of direction and agility, building vertical, understanding running mechanics and phases of running (acceleration,transition,top speed), understanding proper efficient movement and gait, improving technique and form, going through injury preventative training to help decrease the chance of an injury, etc. are all big parts of being the athlete you want to develop to be. Becoming disciplined and building work ethic are important. Make sure you are checking all the boxes to develop your body and game. Great players are made behind the scenes!
