Summer Training Day 1 ✅
Linear Speed Development and learning the running mechanics that help athletes move faster and more efficiently.
We worked on proper sprint posture, arm action, knee drive, dorsiflexion, and foot strike to improve force production and reduce wasted movement. Athletes learned how efficient mechanics lead to better acceleration, greater speed, and improved overall performance.
Speed is a skill, and today was all about building the foundation.
