✨ “Sometimes faith isn’t fixing what’s happening. Sometimes faith is simply staying close to God while it happens.” ✨

“They couldn’t stop what was happening. They couldn’t take His pain away. They didn’t understand why God was allowing it to happen… but they stayed close.”

That part of John 19 really stayed with me.

We spend so much time praying for God to change the situation, open the door, remove the pain or give us an explanation. And when He doesn’t, it can feel like He isn’t working.

But the cross looked like defeat too.

Then Jesus said, “It is finished.” ❤️

Not “I am finished.”
IT is finished.

What looked like the darkest moment was actually the completion of something far greater than anyone standing there could see.

So if life doesn’t make sense right now, stay close.
You don’t have to understand what God is doing to trust that He is still doing something. 🤍
