This Friday, August 22nd, is Women’s Empowerment Day. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be joining academies worldwide to teach self-defense through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. November’s Women’s self Defense Class was a ton of fun!

We covered how to break fall, Stand and base, protect yourself on the ground. We tested base while being pulled, and grip breaks.

Empowering! 💥 We offer a free women's self-defense class on the first Friday of the month. Class starts at 5:30. This is a great opportunity to see what Jiu-jitsu self-defense is all about!

A 67-year-old woman Black Belt in Jiu-Jitsu just recently proved that age doesn't matter when you've spent a lifetime of training in martial arts. The elderly hero managed to successfully fight off a much larger person who tried to assault her neighbor in a complex for senior citizens in California....
