20 years ago today, Ultimate Performance & Fitness began. 🎉 (Picture 1: 2006 / Picture 2: 2026)
Fresh out of college with a teaching degree, I started with one vision: building something of my own by bringing personal training directly to clients’ homes across Long Island.
What began as a side hustle grew into youth programs, group fitness, birthday parties, and eventually a whole new lane through ninja.
In 2017 came the opportunity to run the Ninja Warrior program. In 2019, that led to opening — while still growing UPF and teaching at .
Along the way came marriage, starting a family, and learning how to be a father while figuring out how to keep building.
COVID forced reinvention, but it also led to , mobile ninja services, backyard camps, and even a lawn sign business.
Today, No Limit Ninja has two locations, with more potentially on the way, and Ultimate Ninja Course Builders has worked with nearly three dozen camps and growing.
A lot of ups and downs over 20 years… but I wouldn’t change the journey.
