Another year at New York Comic Con. Perfect weather day to nerd out and have some fun. Long day fueled by 🍺😂 This might be my 10th year going and I love it. What’s even crazier is that Chris and I have been friends for 52 years. Great memories!!!!!

I haven’t taken old man Leo out for walks lately because of his hips but it’s too nice out. He did great. You could feel his great energy and happiness radiate off of him and its very contagious feeling. Dogs are the best and are pure gold.

Can’t believe it’s been 3 years since my last show. A year and half for my 60th and possibly my 4th decade of competing. As lean as I was for these shows, I sacrificed fullness. Always learning and trying new things. Definitely not easier as you get older. 😜💪🏻

As a 58 year old with 40 years of training, I, one hundred percent agree with this. I might also add that I do remember what training was like in my 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and now 50’s. Great personal trainers don’t “age”, but we get smarter and more experienced.

Very interesting. Would you agree or disagree?

After all these years, we finally made it out to Shelter Island. Day 1. Great place to relax and recharge. A casual stroll, a little corn hole, followed by a game of lawn chess with a couple of 🍻. The Pridwin Hotel & Cottages

Controlled intensity. Create maximum tension throughout body and press. Great variation that blasts the shoulders and triceps without undo stress on lower back. Perfect timing for Rush YYZ!!!!!

We saw Sebastian Maniscalco at Jones Beach on Saturday and he was hysterical. Crazy how his act is very close to what I say everyday especially when he talked about the “asshole trying to sneak ahead of me in traffic”. “Can you believe that guy? “😜😜😜 The orange slices was spot on as I played soccer and that’s exactly what we had during halftime. I died at that one. Amazing show it’s just too bad that some trash tried to heckle or make a joke in the beginning. Why can’t people let the performers perform? Oh and the fight that almost broke out on line in front of us going in, plus another one a section above us and the medic needed it was a beautiful night.
