Dany Holdstein Two Worlds Dance & Fitness Two Worlds Dance and Fitness Since 1988 Two Worlds Dance and Fitness has been a source of both art and well being here on Long Island.

From our extensive Children's Dance Program offering classes for kids as young as Pre-K to our Adult Aerobics Program featuring everything from Aerobic Hip Hop to Cardio Kickboxing to Belly Dancing, we will personally help direct you to the classes that are just right for you. Whether you want to workout independently at our Gym or with one of our certified trainers, we have the place for you. Two World's experienced personal trainers are insured and motivated to get you going. We will help find you a trainer who will drive and assist you toward your fitness goals, and one that you’ll enjoy working with according to your own schedule.
