We’re so excited to help share the news from the Greenup County Health Department about the launch of Grow Well Greenup and the addition of FREE Community Yoga Flow + Chair Yoga classes beginning next week! 🧘‍♀️💚

Thank you, thank you to all the lovely souls who spent the last two evenings with Amanda Cleary and myself at our Winter Solstice Celebration. We were so blessed by the people who attended and the light/energy they shared.
